After John's passing in September 2016, Jen decided to open her own independent agency to continue the family business and serve the community she loves. She works with her son, Joel, who has also been a licensed insurance producer for property & casualty insurance for the past 8 years and his partner, Ava, who has worked in insurance sales and customer support for 9 years.
